How do I determine my correct size in Dansko shoes?
Most Dansko footwear follows European (EU) whole sizing. For our iconic clogs, you should have about a pinky-finger's width of space between your heel and the back of the shoe, and your heel should move up and down freely as you walk.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in unworn, original condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Are Dansko shoes slip-resistant?
Many of our professional collections feature outsoles that are tested for slip resistance on dry, wet, and oily-wet surfaces. Please check the specific product description for 'Slip-Resistant' certifications.
How should I clean and maintain my leather clogs?
Maintenance depends on the leather type. For Box leather, simply wipe with a damp soapy cloth. For Oiled leather, use a damp cloth followed by a leather restorer or beeswax to maintain its water-resistant properties.
