At Dansko, we stand behind the quality of our footwear and offer a 60-day return window for items in unworn, original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a prepaid shipping label to make the return process seamless and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system, which will also be sent to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack the Footwear

  Place the unworn clogs or shoes back in their original Dansko box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
